Refund & Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of hair products, all sales are final once a wig has been worn, altered, or removed from its packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges & Unopened Items If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebobedit.com with photos of the item. We will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
